If Astro had a real voice of its own rather than simple sound effects and was able to respond directly instead of Alexa, it would go a long way to establishing more of a distinct personality. Their front end does seem to to their job, but the backend are doing zilch. We are so frustrated and upset with Astro that we are going to apply Maxis and get Netflix instead. It is over a month that the ASTRO decoder turn off and I can not restart again. I have contacted to the ASTRO services many times through email, submit a ticket, and phone call, but no action from ASTRO technical services. I really don't care for penalty as I know I am right, the combined Astro & fiber internet are supposed to enhance my pleasure of both services not creating stress for me due to their ###ic inability to set up a workable process. It’s a clever solution, although I wouldn’t have thought many would use gaming headsets as all-purpose devices, given their bulky nature compared with regular headphones. There’s also the option to fiddle with the mic’s sidetone and adjust the noise gate to suit whichever environment or situation you happen to be in.
